PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time for all preorders is 1-3 business days (up to 5 business days for pre-colored wigs). Shipping time is 3-5 business days for home delivery. These are estimated times, the window may vary (could be sooner or later). Once your package has been shipped Top Tier Tresses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your assigned post office to file a report. Please note natural disasters, weather, holidays, and weekends may affect shipping times.
If you have purchased from the “Ready for Pick Up/Shipping” section or is labeled ON HAND, there is no processing time and items are usually ready for pickup within 2 hours of confirmation or shipped the next business day (can vary).
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.
Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at toptiertresses2021@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue. Package must be returned in its original condition.The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return. When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Please contact toptiertresses2021@gmail.com to submit a return request as it must be reviewed first.
Due to the nature of the product all sales are final: We will not accept hair if alterations or changes have been made. The hair must be in the original state it was sent in. All original bands and tags still in place or your exchange will be refused. If your product exchange is refused and you would like the product shipped back to you, you are responsible for those shipping fees.
You may not curl, braid, spray, wash, dye, wear, cut, pluck, flat iron or treat the hair in any way or your product will be void under warranty. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned in the unused acceptable condition, we will exchange the product or issue a store credit. There are no exchanges, refunds or returns on any custom ordered products.
